Something grilled is always eaten, and grilled dishes are produced in a flash using the RCKG-2200-F contact grill. Pamper your guests with a juicy piece of meat, crispy vegetables or a hot sandwich. The contact grill is not only versatile; it can also be used flexibly, either in the bistro of hotel, in the canteen, for a party buffet or at the weekly market.
The contact grill RCKG-2200-F plates are of cast iron and have smooth, enamelled surfaces, with a very powerful heating element of 2,200 W which can quickly be brought to the desired temperature. The energy-efficient cooking surfaces evenly distribute the heat from the top to the bottom of the grill. The enamel coating prevents sticking of the food to the grill plate.
The temperature of the grill can be adjusted with a knob between 30 and 300 ° C . When the desired heat is reached, the thermostat maintains it reliably; so that the energy-efficient grilling surfaces provide exactly the temperature you need for your food.
With two status lights, you always have the maximum control over the grill. The orange light indicates the achieved heat; a green light indicates whether the plate is on or off. The overheating protection ensures safe operation of the device.
The lower grill plate offers an area of 34.5 x 23 cm which is ample space to grill even large quantities of snacks. The two upper plates can be conveniently and securely open with a convenient handle and easily closed again. The anti-slip feet allow safe operation upon almost all work surfaces.
The drip tray, made from stainless steel absorbs excess oil and grease and can be removed when needed to be cleaned. Both the housing made of stainless steel and enameled grill plates are very easy to clean and also easy to maintain. Thanks to the compact design, the double contact grill can be conveniently transported to any event or location.
