The serving trolley RCTW-16TB.1 from Royal Catering has been specially designed for professional use in the catering sector, boasting a wide range of applications. It is particularly suitable for transporting and serving food and beverages. Whether in commercial kitchens, canteens, hospitals or bakeries - with the stainless steel trolley from Royal Catering, you can work more efficiently and profit from outstanding quality at an unbeatable price.
The RCTW-16TB.1 tray trolley is made of high quality stainless steel and guarantees not only high resistance against physical and chemical influences, but the robust material also maintains a clear and shiny surface for long periods of time. Thanks to the high workmanship quality, our trolleys are remarkably durable and resilient.
The paired bearing rails offer you the possibility to hold as many as 16 60x40 cm trays. The special rail design ensures that the trays can be optimally and securely held on the support rails. With a distance of 80 mm between levels, the trolley distinctively provides plenty of storage space even in the smallest spaces.
Two vertically continuous tank retainers on both the trolley front and rear are used to secure the trays when in motion. Both brackets can be pivoted by simply lifting the slots and then fixing them, so that slipping off of the trays is prevented.
Additionally, the serving trolley also boasts a conveniently high load capacity. So, thanks to its stable construction, it can easily manage a load of up to 150 kg, while still being remarkably easy to navigate and space-saving. As a result, you will avoid having to unnecessarily go back and forth multiple times when attempting to transport large quantities of items, thereby making your work easier.
Owing to its high-quality processing, the stainless steel furniture is easy to keep clean with minimum energy expenditure. Furthermore, the smooth and fine-pored surface ensures a long-lasting hygiene. Thanks to its open construction, the trolley is also comfortable to load and unload from two sides.
The rack trolley has four large low-friction wheels with four parking brakes. These rollers are coated with thermoplastic rubber, which means that the trolley can always be moved quietly, even at full load. Besides, the rollers are rotatable by 360 degrees, to enable you to effortlessly move the trolley even on on restrained areas.
Moreover, the wheel quality helps absorb incoming vibrations, so that the trolley can be used on any type of floor, be it ceramic tiles, wood plates or parquet. With the four protective caps, damage to walls or table legs are a thing of the past. Thus working comfortably, safely and quietly is guaranteed.
The frame's square tube profile ensures you have an optimal grip when pushing, thereby allowing you to effortlessly manoeuvre the trolley through narrow passages.
